Tells time place or position.
Interjection
Expresses strong emotion.
Common Noun
Common nouns are never capitalized. They name something general, not specific.
Proper Nouns
They are always capitalized. They name something specific- like the name of a place, brand, or person.
Abstract Noun
A noun you cannot see hear smell, taste, or touch.
Concrete Noun
Concrete nouns describe things that can be seen or touched.
Action Verb
Tells what the subject is doing.
Linking Verbs (to be)
Connect or link a subject to a noun or an adjective.
Helping Verbs
Help the main verb express tense and voice.
