They are things that you cannot see, hear, taste, or touch
Concrete nouns
They can describe things that can be seen or touched
Action verb
Tell what the subject is doing
Linking verbs (to be )
Connect (or link) a subject to a noun or an adjective
Helping verbs
Help the main verb express tense and voice
Indefinite Pronoun
Pronouns that do not refer to any specific person, place or amount
Reflexive Pronoun
Pronouns that reflect on the original pronoun/subject in the sentence but then use a new term that ends in -self or -selves
