§25-307 suit by infant, guardian, or next friend; exception; substituted by court
Except by Probate code, action of infant done by guardian or friend. Actions can be dismissed with/without prejudice if court approves. When commenced by friend, if not for benefit of infant can be dismissed by court (19 y.o.)
