Heat, light, music, and the power to run the machines of the world.

Upon the mechanism to which electricity is attached.
What are the effects of the action and interaction of the individual mind upon the Universal Mind?
The effects are the conditions and experiences with which we meet in life.
How may conditions be changed?
By changing the brain, the mechanism by which the Universal is differentiated into form.
What mechanism differentiates Universal Mind into form.
The brain.
How may the brain be changed?
By the process called thinking. Thoughts produce brain cells, which correspond to the thoughts of the Universal Mind.
Of what value is the power of concentration?
It is the highest personal accomplishment which can be acquired, and the distinguishing characteristic of every successful man or woman.
How may the power of concentration be strengthened?
By constant, daily practice and use.
Why is concentration so important?
Because it enables us to control our thoughts, which are causes; if we can control the causes we can control the effects.
How can we change conditions and multiply results in the objective world?
By learning the basic methods of constructive, concentrated thinking.
