Approval document to allow an operator to work as commercially
~part A :general /basic - non typed relatd operational policies ,instructions and procedures
~Part B: a/c operatiing matters,comprising all type realted instructions and procedures ,taking into account differences between types/classes ,variants or indivudal a/c used by the operator
~part C: COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT OPS ,comprising route /route/area and aerodrome /operating site instructions and information
~PART D TRAINIG: comprising all trainging instructions ofr personnel required for a safe operation
Accountable manager is the only responsable
Has the authrity for ensuring that all activities can be financed and carried out in accordance with the applicable requiremtns
Accountable manager
Responsible for establishing and maintaingngn an effective managemnt system
An operator should be considered COMPLEX ,when more than 20 full time equivalents
The safety reviewed board should be the only accountable
Flight data monitotirng myust be emplimented
If the a/c mtom is more thna27000kg
~Oversight planning cycle inspection every 2 years (if is a good operator)
~may be extended to a mx of 36 months if competent authority has established during the last privous 24 months
~may be furtther extended to a max of 48months if authoritues thinkgs is safe to do so
Reduce vertical safe minimum
Separation if 1000ft between fl285 to fl 420
Altimetry sys error : +/- 245ft
Alt deviation
Accident
An occurance which takes place between the time any person boards the a/c until the time when all persons have disembarked
1)a person is fatally or seriously injured
2)the a/c sustasins damage or structure failure
3)a/c is missing or completly inaceessibile
Incident
An occurance ,other than an accident wiht the operation of an a/c which affects or could affect the safety of opeartion
