* Explain the viewpoints in brief (some believe [this] (source -), while others believe [this] (source -))

- Who is affected by the legal issue?
- Which jurisdiction is responsible for the legal issue?
- How does it impact the stakeholders?
WHO IS AFFECTED BY THE LEGAL ISSUE?

WHICH JURISDICTION IS RESPONSIBLE?

HOW DOES IT IMPACT THE STAKEHOLDERS?
* Affects their rights?
* Allow more efficient work?

* Benefit a group of people?
Viewpoints
- Explain VP #
- What are the consequences?
EXPLAIN VP #
* What is an opinion on the situation?
* Understand the viewpoint through justifying their belief (refer to sources)
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?
* Explicitly state the consequence
* 1X positive, 1X negative
Legal Alternatives
- What needs to happen in order for the viewpoint to happen?
- Ensure relevance
WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN?
* Changing of a law?
* Creating a law?
* Changing a policy?
* Keeping the law the same?
ENSURE RELEVANCE
* Must be relevant to the viewpoint (consider the link and how it will impact it)
* Can be quick as long as it’s relevant (e.g. This specific document/act needs to remain the same/change)
