- Repeat at different distances
When does a solar cell reach its maximum power ?
At load resistance R max which is approx equal to internal resistance
Equation for Internal resistance?
R = open circuit voltage / short circuit current
What is maximum power smaller than?
The product of the open circuit voltage and the short circuit current
What is the fill factor?
The quality of the solar cell
Equation for fill factor?
F = Pmax / (open V * short I)
How can solar efficiency be calculated?
Maximum power / Incident power
