CLASS I airport definition
scheduled operations of large air carrier aircraft,

CLASS II airport definition
scheduled operations of small air carrier aircraft
unscheduled passenger operations of large air carrier aircraft.
NO - cannot serve scheduled large air carrier aircraft.
CLASS III airport definition
scheduled operations of small air carrier aircraft.
NO - cannot serve scheduled/unscheduled large air carrier aircraft.

Pt. 139-3 - has the authority to enforce the requirements of the regulation. Can issue, deny and revoke Airport Operation Certification
Airport Operating Certification
- a certificate, issued under this part, for operation of a Class I, II, III, or IV airport.
Airport Certification Safety Inspector (ACSI) -
credentialed FAA personnel responsible for conducting periodic airport inspections and ensuring the 14 CFR Part 139
program is carried out in accordance with FAA’s Compliance and Enforcement Program. ACSIs investigate potential regulatory violations, recommend enforcement
actions, and represent the Administrator.
Consecutive Calendar Months
- a period of time that ensures uninterrupted succession or following of action. This is an established regulatory definition representing a
specific period of time that cannot be waived
