what are untrimmed sizes
untrimmed sizes are slightly larger then the standard sizes to allow for any colour bleeding printing
Cartridge paper
Used for sketching, rendering pencil, ink and pastel and is off white paper
Tracing paper
Copying images and sketching, translucent and light
Bleedproof paper
Similar to cartridge paper however does not bleed with ink
Treated paper
Used for photographic printing,
Watercolour paper
Used for watercolour painting, available in many different textures and smoothness
Corrugated card
Use for protective packaging, model making, prototyping ideas and food packaging such takeaway boxes.
Mount board
Used for presenting artwork, made from compressed cotton fibres to produce a rigid board
Duplex card
Used for food packaging such as juice or milk cartons, made up of two layers of paper, with the exterior often coated making it more water resistant and shiny.
Foil backed and laminated card
Used for drinks packaging, with polymer film or foil applied to provide water resistant and heat resistant layer
Moulded paper pulp
Used for protection in packages and it’s made from recycled paper pulp and is moulded when wet
