What are he internal forces that can create circumstance for change?

A

Managerial aspirations – managers (or leaders) within an organisation may wish to make changes which they think will improve the performance of the organisation
Organisational growth – as an organisation grows it may need to make changes (e.g., in its structure) to make sure that it can continue to operate effectively
Organisational culture – this may, for example, be built around continuous improvement or excellent customer service
