What are whole numbers?
Set of natural numbers and zero
What are irrational numbers?
When decimals don´t terminate or repeat and are real numbers that cannot be expressed as a fraction using two integers.
What are natural/counting numbers?
any positive number 1,2,3,4…
What are rational numbers?
When a decimal can terminate or repeat and they are real numbers that can be expressed as a fraction using two integers.
What are integers?
Set of whole numbers and the opposite of natural numbers.
What are real numbers?
The numbers you already know about.
What is the commutative property?
When the numbers/letters change position.
What is the associative property?
When the parenthesis move positions.
What is the Identity property?
When zero is added to any number and one is multiplied by any number.
What is the inverse property?
For addition when opposites are added and for multiplication when reciprecals are multiplied.
What is the zero product property?
? times ? = 0 —-> ?=0 or ?=0 ?=0
