RECL(Rural Electrification corp ltd) has identified stresed projects in power sector worth 1.8 Rs trillion.
They will go under IBC if left so govt wants to rescue them.

The power companies are put under ASSET MNG AND REHABILITATION COMPANY. It will be owned jointly financial institutions.
It is inspired from Troubled Asset Relif program of USA in 2008
