- =breast cancer and hodkins lymphoma
- progressive cerebellar degeneration

- associated with small cell lung cancer
- symptoms are like myasthenia gravis but are overcome with exercise

slow developing LMN weakness
-VERY strongly associated with cancer - lymphoma

colorectal - because they cause bleeding into GI

B cell neoplasms
