Will the claimant definitely receive the remedy sought

A

It is important to note that even if the claimant does succeed, he or she may not receive the remedy sought, because judicial review remedies are relatively narrow. Remedies are discretionary meaning that the claimant does not get the remedy as of right even if he or she does succeed in proving the case
