RR of carcinoma

A

Small duct papilloma - in TDLU, usually mutiple, RR 3 fold
Large duct papilloma - centrally in lactiferous duct, usually solitary, RR 2 fold

A

Solid papillary CIS - if WC
solid papillary carcinoma with invasion or invasive solid papillary carcinoma - if with infiltrating strands or ragged borders
Myoepithelial cells sparse but may be present
Can have neuroendocrine differentiation in 45% of cases (+) synapto, chromo
Almost all (+) ER/PR and (-) HER2
