Q

How is paper made?

A

The trees are brought to a factory
The bark is removed and they are cut into small chips
The chips are then mixed with water and ‘cooked’ into a paste
The paper is bleached and other chemicals are added to strengthen the finished paper
The paste is flattened and water is squeezed out
The flattened paste is dried out to form paper
