A squeegee spreads the ink accross a screen mesh which has holes in specific places for the ink to seep through

Base colours printed on top of each other in different specific quantities
How is ink transfered to the anilox in flexographic printing?
Via the fed from forst rolled which is dipped in ink tray
What is the use of the anilox roller in flexographic printing?
Makes ink a uniform thickness and transfers ink to the plate cylinder
How is image transferred to substrate?
Impression cylinder applied pressure to plate cylinder to transfer image
What are the advantages of flexographic printing?
High print speed, many continuous prints can be done, low maintenance, prints on wide variety of substrate
