- Semi structured - Fixed questions, doesn’t go off-topic, less ‘natrual’ (may have lower ecological validity)
- Unstructured - No set questions, conversational, detailed answers, may deviate
- Focus groups - A group obtained through a Purposive sample, interpreted through content analysis, moderated to maintain focused, rich detail
