Let’s look into scripture and see what it promises

Gods promise to those who receive his son- 1John 5:13

We are all sinners Romans 3:23, 3:10-12, 5:12

The payment for sin is death- Romans 6:23a
Step 4
Jesus Christ is the paid the price for our sins and rose again- Romans 6:23b, 5:8, 1 Peter 3:18

Agree that my sin is wrong repentance

Agree to allow God to make me into a new person- 2 Corinthians 5:17, Psalm 51: 10
Step 7
Believe and receive- Roman’s 10:9-10
Step 8
Ask for it- Romans 10:13
What are three things that must be included in a sinners prayer
I know that I have sinned
I believe that Jesus is the son of God and died, rose again
Come into my life and change me
Why is it important for the person to pray out loud
Bible says confess with your mouth
So you know they understand what they are doing
How can you give them added assurance of their new salvation
Remind them of the promise in 1 John 5:13
