What is a Data Subject?
The person whose personal data is being collected, stored, or used.

The official responsible for ensuring data protection laws are followed in the UK.
What is the punishment for Unauthorised Access to Computer Material under the Computer Misuse Act?
Up to 2 years in prison and/or a fine.

Up to 5 years in prison and/or a fine.
