ICP (Inter Cranial Pressure) greater than 20. Hemodynamic instability. Acute sinusitis. Active Hemoptysis. Untreated pneumothorax.

Reduced airway trapping in Asthma and COPD, Aid in Mobilizations of retained secretions. Prevent or reverse Atelectasis. Optimize delivery of Bronchodilators.

Pulmonary Barotrauma. Increased ICP.
Cardiovascular Compromise. Air Swallowing. Increased Work of Breathing.
