Criteria A: 13 symptoms
- Palpitations, pounding heart
- Sweating
- Trembling/shaking
- Sensations of shortness of breath/smothering

- Chest pain/discomfort
- Nausea/abdominal distress
- Feeling dizzy/faint
- Chillis or heat sensations
- Numbness
- Derealization or depersonalization
- fear of losing controle
- Fear of dying
Panic Disorder:
