*La TAC se utiliza para estadificar severidad,

A

*El mejor examen para valorar la severidad de esta patología es la PCR (>150mg/l a las 48h). *Se utiliza antibiótico ante PCR>120mg/l.
*Imipenem y ciprofloxacino.
