Describe the panache
The tasting of shellfish is meant as a group starter and served family style. An order of One Seafood Platter is designed to share between two people. The cost of the platter is $75. Each item can be sold as a la carte with daily market pricing.
Describe the Oysters on the Panache
3pcs shigoku oysters AND 3 pcs beau soleil oysters, served on the half shell. The a la carte oysters will be served with a trio of dipping sauces. Traditional cocktail/ horseradish/mignonette (peppercorns,shallots, vinegar). 6pcs oyster will run you at $28.
Describe the Lobster Tail on the Panache
The lobster tail is from a 1.75# lobster, poached in a court bouillon, served sliced/chilled on bamboo leaves with a small amount of cocktail sauce.
Describe the White Tiger Prawns on the Panache
We will serve the prawns with cocktail sauce and wedge of lemon
