- Atypical antipsychotics (quetiapine, olanzapine) (haloperidol)

- Nasogastric / gastric tube drainage; pancreatic enzyme + sodium bicarb

- Food supplements
- Milk feeds
- Appetite stimulants: Megestrol (incr risk of thrombosis)

As per CINV, CID, Constipation management

- Amphetamines

- Lemborexant, Z-drugs, BZDs, Trazadone etc.
