Severe pain 7/10, obvious fracture, joint deformity, inability to bear weight, pain >14d, nose bleed >20m, nausea, vomiting, headache, eye pain
PRICE
Protect, rest for 24h, ice for 48 then heat, compression after 24h, elevate
Follow up
F/U at 7 days for IESA
F/U at 14 days for no pain

45-64, tall, stress, stairs, obesity, physical demand, disabilities
