there is abnormal osteoclastic activity with increased osteoblastic activity leading to abnormal bone structure

bone pain deformity increased CO due to bone vascularity increased limb volume deafness (bony meatus compression) compression neuropathies osteosarcoma is rare complication

diagnosis
A
XR and isotope bone can show distribution of disease
high ALP with normal LFTs

management
A
bisphosphonates for pain if not responding to analgesia
