• ETT o Size: Uncuffed: 4 + (age/4) Cuffed: as above, -0.5 o Length: ETT: 12 + (age/2), or tube size x3 NETT: 15 + (age/2)
- Weight: 4 + (age x 2)
- Blood pressure: normal is 70 + (age x 2), up to 10 years. Thereafter, >90mmHg. DBP should be 2/3rds of SBP; a PP of <20mmHg is abnormal.
