Characteristic cry (hence the name) due to larynx and neurological problems

S: sore thoart (pharyngitis)
C: circumoral pallor
A: axilla/antucubital fossa petechiae (pastia’s line)
R: rash (sandpaper rash)
L: Lymphadenopathy
E: erythogenic toxin of GAS (cause of the condition)
T: tongue (strawberry tougue with white coat)
Tx: Abx tarrgeting Strep pyogenes
