IV fluids, ceftriaxone, treat symptoms, transport.

O2, hydrocortisone, salbutamol, adrenaline, magnesium sulphate, IPPV, CPAP. Treat symptoms

Remove allergen, position upright, IM adrenaline, O2, sodium chloride.
Refractory to 3 IM doses consider IV, glucagon, saline bolus, salbutamol, hydrocortisone.
