What’s the difference between the teacher being a facilitator and director
Facilitator guides learning and involves students in decisions as much as possible whereas a director will tell everyone what to do
What is discreet coaching
Should be unobtrusive and help creat a positive, supporting environment that allows students to develop at their own pace
Why plan
Effective planning ensures the teacher can creat an environment in which all children are able to participate, have the opportunity to try and are able to succeed
