density tells you how much mass there is in a certain volume
density = mass/volume
if you have two different sized blocks made of the same material the density of the blocks is the same. Density is a property of a material, not of an object.

a classroom has a volume of 300m^3. the mass of air in the room is 3.6kg calculate the density of the air

Answer 2

mass = 3.6kg
volume = 300m^3
3.6kg/300m^3 =0.012kg/m^3
