When traditional basis can’t be met, the court must use the state’s long arm statute to determine what will satisfy due process in the state.

“Here, the long arm statute in Forum State (whether WM or Bullocks) is coextensive with the federal constitution.

Meaning, whatever satisfies federal due process will satisfy here as well.

Federal due process is satisifed through minimum contacts and reasonableness.
