RFD or RFP on party or subpoena Depo of written questions with subpoena on doctor

A
Can discovery the identify and opinions of testifying experts by serving RFD. Can discover the opinion via expert reports or depositions

Proper Deposition Location
A
County of residence or employment. And if party, county of suit.

Request Physical Examination
A
Move for an order compelling physical examination. Must show good cause and that physical condition is in controversy. Must be done 30 days before end of discovery period.

Motion for new trial

30 days after judgment was signed.
