I confess to Almighty God, to blessed Mary ever Virgin, all the angels and saints and to you Father I have greatly sinned, in my thoughts and in my words , in what I have done and in what I have failed to do; through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault. Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for hall my sins because by them I have lost heaven and deserved hell but, more than all, because I have offended you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to avoid near occasions of sin.

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears! Turn, then, O most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
