  1. CONSIRTIUM-based on Roman inheritence law. The ownership is jointly held by all memebers of the fatehr’s famil->non of the, ownes particular share of the property.
  2. CONDOMINIUM-not limited to the community of heirs. Each of joint owners has a certain share. Free to make disposition regarding his own share.
