Overview:
Neuroanatomy is the study of the structure and organisation of the nervous system.
Frontal Lobe: Involved in executive functions such as reasoning, planning, parts of speech, movement, emotions and problem-solving
Parietal Lobe: Handles sensory information such as touch, pressure, and pain, as well as spatial orientation and body awareness
Temporal Lobe: Associated with perception and recognition of auditory stimuli, memory and speech
Occipital Love: Primarily responsible for visual processing
