What is ‘Hochkultur’?
What does it do?
A
A Vine trellising system devised by Lenz Moser in the late 1920s where the vines are 1.25 metres above the ground.
This trellising system protects the fruiting areas from frost damage and exposes the fruiting areas to more sunlight therefore increasing potential yield.
