- Technical Mentor Help
- Peer Support Community
- General Account Help
Where can you find Technical assistance?
Log in to “My Classroom” at Udacity.com and click in the left-hand menu “help” and then select “Mentor Help” additionally, you can also find help here in the “Knowledge base” or open a support ticket if the KB doesn’t cover your issue.
Where can you find Peer Support specific to each of the ND projects?
Log into my classroom, click on HELP and then “Peer Chat” to look for a separate area to chat about each project. This is also searchable, book mark friendly, and scrollable to read thru previous entries.
Are there any helps available for turning your education into a career?
Yes! Check out “career services” again, in the left-hand menu once logged into “My Classroom” click on “Help” and then select Career Services for help with resume, cover letter, github profile and strategies, as well as linked-in profile and career strategies
Something wrong with Udacity, what can you do?
Reach out to “Udacity Account Help” and open a ticket. Log into Udacity.com then select “My classroom” and “Help” and then account help
How much should you study to finish in time?
10 hours a week.

What if I find an error, something missing, a dead link or another issue?
Use “Submit classroom feedback” for this.

Plagiarism is or isn’t allowed?
Plagiarism is not allowed. If you copy some or all of someone else’s code (if you attribute or not) your ND will be removed, even after it is issued. You will not be welcomed back to Udacity. It is not worth the risk.
