  1. vent the QEC section of the engine
  2. open with PL in ground range
  3. open when DC power cycles “Off” then back to “On”
  4. open when APU start/run switch set to run
  5. trail with PL in flight range
  6. closes with E-Handle or switch on DC Hyd Pump in nose wheel well.
