what is Local Law 97?

A

An energy carbon emission law– If the building uses an exorbitant amount of energy there’s a penalty, and there’s a bit of a tug of war between who that penalty falls on. It’s a tax on tenants and how they use the space. The law is not completely formulated, they still have to finish it.

A

We establish a threshold, and provided that the building does not go over it and you do not go over it, you wont see a penalty.
