MOA:
Relaxes bladder smooth muscle (detrusor)
Decrease urgency symptoms by increasing bladder capacity

Trospium (Sanctura) not for patients >75 +ADRs
Tolterodine (Detrol) ** 3A4 or cirrhosis, reduce dose **

Beta 3 Agonist - Mirabegron
Relaxes detrusor muscles, increases bladder capacity

OAB Tx Guidelines
1st Line: Behavioral Therapy
2nd Line: Anticholinergic or Beta 3 Agonist
Caution with narrow angle glaucoma, impaired gastric emptying or urinary retention
3rd Line: BoTox Detrusor Injections
