Tricyclic Antidepressants
Anticholinergic effects (mydriasis, tachycardia, dry mouth, flushed skin, muscle twitching, decreased peristalsis) and cardiotoxic effects Tx: Activated Charcoal

Nausea, abd pain, then seeming improvement of symptoms followed by acidosis , coagulopathy, hypoglycemia and hepatotoxicity Tx: Whole bowl irrigation, Chelation w/ deferoxamine

Abd pain, constipation, HA, irritability, coma, convulsions, motor delays. Tx: Charcoal, whole bowl irrigation,
Methamphetamine
Agitation ,psychosis, Sz, Htn, Tachy
Destromethorphan
From robitussin and other OTCs N/V, nystagmus, mydriasis/miosis, HTN, dizziness, lethargy, agitation, ataxia, euphoria, hallucination. Tx: supportive
Salicylates
Vomiting, hyperpnea, tinnitus, lethargy, CNS depression when severe
PCP
Mild: Lethargy, euphoria, hallucinations, bizarre/violent behavior. Hypersalivation/lacrimation. Nystagmus.
Severe: Adrenergic hyperactivty (HTN, Tachycardia, diaphroesis, Hyperthermia), cardiac arrhythmia hyperthermia
Acetaminophen
Late encephalopathy, met. acidosis
GHB
Early: Euphoria, delirium, agitation
Later: Coma
Benzos
CNS Depression, lethargy, slurred speech, ataxia, coma, resp. arrest, hyporeflexia,
