What were the aims of Woodrow Wilson?
- A better and more peaceful world
- A League of Nations that would help each other and promote world peace
What were the aims of Lloyd George?
- Germany to be punished but not too harshly
- Germany to lose its colonies as it was a threat to the British empire
- Germany and Britain to become trading partners
What were the aims of Clemenceau?
- To cripple Germany so it could not attack France
- To make Germany pay
The economic terms of the ToV?
- To pay 6.6 bilion pounds
- To give the Saar to France, so they could not get coal
- Lost farmland which could have been used to feed Germans or export for trade
What were the military impacts of ToV?

Explain the hyperinflation in Germany, 1923
To print out the money to pay for reperations, and plus Germany lost alot of valueble land for trading, Belgium and France invaded the Ruhr because they felt like Germany was not paying the reparations, so a lot of money was lost over all. and because Germany kept printing money, the currency became useless - and the middle-class people’s savings were wiped out. Germany had to get a new currency to combat the hyperinflation.
