2/15 @ A-20. A4 takes the snap and under pressure goes outside the tackle box. From the A-15, he throws a pass that lands out of bounds behind the neutral zone. There were no eligible team A players in the area, and A67 was at the A-24 when the pass was thrown.

The pass is completed to A83 who advances for a touchdown.

Replay pages the crew with indisputable video evidence that B29 gave an invalid fair catch signal while the kick was in flight. Reviewable?
