What section is exposure (flashing)?
Section 66 Sexual Offences Act 2003
A person who intentionally exposes their genitals and they intend that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress.
What is Voyeurism?
When a person observed another doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification and they know that the other person does not consent to being observed for their sexual gratification.
Section 67(1) Sexual Offences Act 2003
What is section 67(2) Sexual Offences Act 2003?
Covers a person who is operating equipment with the intention of enabling another person for his/her sexual gratification, to observe a third person doing a private act where he/she knows that the other person does not consent to being viewed so
What is section 67(3) Sexual Offences Act 2003?
- Person records another person doing a private act
- Intends for himself or another person to obtain sexual gratification from looking at the recording
- Knows the person being recorded would not consent to that recording
