Degree of breathlessness related to activity
1- not troubled by breathlessness except on strenuous exercise
2 - SOB hurrying or uphill
3 - walks slower than same age or have to stop at own pace
4 - stop after 100m or few mins
5 - can’t leave house & sob dressing
