  • Fever
  • Irritability
  • Poor - Feeding
  • Otalgia ( Acute Ear Pain)
  • Otorrhea ( Ear drainage) - after spontaneous rupture of the Tympanic Membrane.

  • Bulging of the Tympanic Membrane
  • Limited or Absent Motility of the Tympanic Membrane
  • Air- Fluid level behind the Tympanic membrane
  • Abnormal Tympanic Membrane colour ( white ,yellow, amber)
  • Otorrhea
  • Signs of the common cold
