What is fascia
A fibrous membrane covering, supporting and separating tissue that extends from the bones to the skin and envelops every organ, muscle and cell
What is aponeurosis
A flat fibrous sheet of connective tissue that attaches muscle to bone or other tissue

A serous membrane such as the peritoneum, pleura, and pericardium
What is growth hormone
A hormone produced by the anterior pituitary gland that helps build muscles, slash fat and increase libido

A mucous membrane or moist tissue layer that lines the hollow organs and cavities of the body that open to the environment.
