Spasm of digital arteries, usually precipitated by cold and relieved by heat.

What is the presentation of Reynaud’s?

A
  • Skin pallor followed by cyanosis , triggered by cold.
  • Numbness
  • Burning sensation and severe pain as fingers warm up
  • Redness secondary to hyperaemia
